Our residence sits directly on the beach, overlooking one of the widest lagoons in Mauritius and facing the three northern islets: Gunner’s Quoin, Flat Island and Round Island. Fully renovated in August 2022, it comprises three independent, self-contained apartments:
• Ground-floor villa — 3 bedrooms, ~140 m², sea-facing terrace (up to 6 guests)
• First-floor villa — 2 bedrooms, ~100 m², balcony with 180° sea view (up to 4 guests)
• One-bedroom apartment — a separate two-storey unit beside the two larger villas (2 guests)
Included in both apartments
• Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine)
• Air conditioning in the bedrooms (surcharge for heavy use)
• Wi-Fi / internet
• Flat-screen smart TV (32”)
• Quality bedding and towels
• Housekeeping twice a week, 09:00–12:00 — cleaning plus change of linen and towels

Make yourself comfortable, have your breakfast with your feet in sand while your kite is getting ready. Once you had your coffee and briefing you are ready to head downwind to Anse la Raie feeling safe for shuttle boat is bringing you back. Sounds good?
